| Are ‘Reflexology’ and ‘Palm Therapy’ related?
Probably the biggest difference is the fact that ‘Reflexology’ can applied be to various body parts (feet, hands, ears, and more), and ‘Palm Therapy’ is only applied to the hand (the palm). Another major difference between ‘Reflexology’ and ‘Palm Therapy’ is that the basics of ‘Palm Therapy’ are fundamentally related to the basics in the field of Palmistry. The benefits of ‘Palm Therapy’ are more related to psychological problems – however again, relaxation plays a major part in this technique as well! Both ‘Reflexology’ and ‘Palm Therapy’ have been adopted to scientific research programs. Only recently, two very interesting ‘Palm Therapy’ studies were presented: And you can find more info about the basics of Palm Therapy at: |
